I want to say a quick hello and thank you to visitors from the Letter Writers Alliance site today! I’m glad to be of service to the letter writing community in an important yet niche way to help you get those letters in the mail from an airport. Whether you’re writing on the plane, at the airport, or just need to get the vacation postcards mailed before you head home – I’m here to help you find that postal resource near the airport.
The long story made short about this site is that the LWA had a blog post about a similar site a few years back. I bookmarked it, used it once or twice, but found that the domain was parked last year and all of the data went into the void with the parked domain. So I thought it would be a good idea to pick up where that site left off. I still need to do some work to get all of the data researched and in, but drop me a note if you find something that I’m missing or you can provide some updated information.
Shout-out to Donovan and Kathy for being an amazing team and bringing together over 12,000 people in their ten years of service to correspondents world-wide. I had the pleasure of meeting both of them on Saturday in Los Angeles and they are as amazing in person as they are running the LWA both online and in the post.
If you’re not a member, or are coming to this post later and haven’t heard of them – head on over to their site and sign up. It’s only $5 USD for a lifetime and your support helps them get the word out on how integral letter writing is to the world today.
